As certified photo managers based in Austin, Texas, I help individuals and families preserve their ever-growing photo collections with heart, harmony, and intention. Whether it’s organizing digital libraries, scanning prints and memorabilia, editing cherished images, or designing custom photo albums, I bring structure and artistry to every project—one beautifully organized story at a time.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Photojournalism from the University of Texas and brings decades of professional photography experience to every collection I manage. My background spans from music venues to film sets to documentaries, with clients including NBC, HBO, andNetflix. My work has appeared in The Austin Chronicle, The Austin American-Statesman, The Daily Mail, and The New York Times, and has been featured on album covers, in television shows, and in films. In 2018, I published Rollergirls: The Story of Flat Track Derby, a book documenting more than a decade of photographing Austin’s iconic roller derby scene. I have been telling stories through photographs for decades, preserving moments, memories, and meaning for future generations.

Through years of managing and editing tens of thousands of images, I’ve learned firsthand the importance of organization, consistency, and storytelling. What began as helping friends and family archive their photos, restore prints, and create albums naturally evolved into a dedicated career focused on photo management and preservation.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do. Whether I am preserving quiet family milestones or capturing fast-paced sports action, I approach every project with care, respect, and a deep understanding of the story being told. Helping others curate and protect their visual legacy has become some of the most meaningful work I’ve ever done.

From rollerderby thrills to treasured family memories, I am here to help you transform life’s snapshots into stories worth sharing—beautifully preserved, expertly organized, and ready to pass down for generations.

Let’s create something lasting, together.

For many families, photographs are scattered across boxes, albums, phones, and hard drives—making them difficult to preserve and enjoy. With more than 25 years of experience as a professional photographer and storyteller, I help families organize, protect, and transform their photo collections into meaningful legacy archives. The process is simple, supportive, and designed to ensure your memories are safely preserved and beautifully shared for generations.

Felicia Photo Management provides white-glove photo organization and legacy preservation services for families who want their memories handled with the utmost care. Each project begins with a consultation so I can create a customized approach tailored to your collection and goals. As a trusted partner, I help families organize and protect their photographs so their stories can be shared and treasured for generations.
